I had a tire blow out in a large box and it damaged my fender. I was lucky the first call was to crossroads. It was late in the day and the tire shops were closing. So they found the tire I needed and changed my tire on the side of the row. Kevin and Jackson even went above & beyond by removing my damaged fender, and helping to secure my wheel well. They did this all while in the dark and in a timely manner. I can’t thank them enough for everything.”

“I can’t say enough about these guys. Our family was on our way home from a trip to WV. Passing through the Munfordville area at 9PM on a rainy Saturday night, we hit a deer – leaving the car undrivable. Our insurance company was less than helpful in securing us a tow – with an ETA of 2 hours. We then got Crossroad’s number, and they were on scene within 25 minutes. They safely got me, my wife, and our 2 kids off the side of the road and took care of our vehicle with immense professionalism and expertise.”

“Give these guys a shot. I was stranded on the interstate with my 4 young children. Truck had no heat, couldn’t get to the spare. Not only did they send a tow truck, but they sent a man named Tim in a pickup to get my kids out of the danger of the semis that refused to get over, and into a warm safe area. Tim made us feel like long time friends the whole way on our hour journey home, while the rollback made it to pick up our truck. I didn’t get to speak with anyone else from this company, but Tim, thank you for picking us up.
